Founded in Kitchener, Ontario back in 2005, Xylotek was a small and up-running business with building trusted relationships as its main goal. In 2015, the founders stepped down leaving Chris Pickard and Bonnie Chan as the current shareholders with 50/50 equity. Since then, Xylotek’s reach has spread from its roots in Kitchener, taking nationwide service contracts and with a team that supports over 12 000 North American users.
